Probably one of the most iconic car chase scenes was that of the Fast furious movie franchise, especially in The fast and the furious, where a Honda Civic slides under a semi-truck to avoid a lane blocked by the construction.
In fact, it was so iconic, Universal Pictures had to do it again in another iteration of the film series. In Fast & Furious, Dom had to rescue Letty from the back of a tanker and slide under it using a 1987 Buick Grand National. It was a thrilling scene that ended with the tanker rolling from a cliff. It’s pretty neat. Watch.
There are many similar scenes like these in Hollywood, even if they are impossible or scary. However, this Instagram user probably wants to prove that the opponents are wrong to make this move in real life. Even better, he did it with a Chevy Corvette C4.

Go through the Instagram handle C4drifter, the driver and owner of this gray Corvette is a brave soul. If you looked closely, the roof clearance barely existed, but the C4 still slipped – we all know what would happen if it had been in contact. Insta-roofless C4, anyone?
Now, if you’re wondering if the new Chevy Corvette C8 will be able to do the same stunt, we highly doubt it. The mid-engine Vette is at least 2 inches larger than the C4 – that’s enough to cover the tiny space the C4 had in the video above.
