The Kia Cadenza, although only recently underwent a facelift last year in Korea and this year in Chicago, already has a new generation model. At least, recent spy photos tell us, because the prototype of the all-new Kia model has been spotted many times this year.
One of the main dishes to remember from the new generation Cadenza, or K7 in its domestic market in South Korea, is its huge grille and the fact that it has been spotted with the new Kia logo. AtchaCars wasted no time and imagine the full-size sedan with these design cues.
Although, we have to say, the grille and other design elements of the fascia are a bit too futuristic. The size is not at all surprising, because most brands these days opt for grids “bigger is better”. But the focal point of this rendering is the new Kia logo at the top of the gigantic tiger nose.
As a reminder, a report on the new Kia logo was released late last year. It was a trademark application filed with the Korean Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS).
It was not the first time that the new Kia logo broke the cover. The Imagine Kia concept which was presented at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show also had a different Kia emblem, but it is a little less stylized than that of the registered brand.

Kia has already confirmed this new logo, which should debut by the end of the year. According to this previous report, Kia Motors president Park Han-woo said that “the new emblem is similar to that of the Imagine concept car, but it will be a little different”.
Will the new generation Cadenza be the first to wear the new logo? It is highly unlikely. It would be too early to reveal the all-new model. We will keep an eye on this development, so watch this space.
