When Lamborghini released a teaser last weekend, it was a little strange. No image of the vehicle; not even a silhouette or anything lounging in the dark. There were, however, specific details, including the exact time and launch date of the latest creation from Sant’Agata Bolognese.
But the peculiarity is over because the last teaser of the Italian brand essentially confirms what we thought in our previous report. You can see the integrated tweet below, which shows a familiar part of a supercar from last year.
If you’re having trouble finding which Lambo wears the same winglet (or you missed the one we used as the main image for this story), this particular part was from Sian FKP 37 which was unveiled at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show. C ‘is where the number’ 63 ‘was written on the Sian coupe, which leads us to believe that Lamborghini is in fact launching a model linked to Sian in the coming days.
It even has the same inscription inside, which said “Realizzata a Sant’agata Bolognese” or Made in Sant’agata bolognese once translated.
This also confirms the rumor that was published last month. According to this report, a roadster version of the Sian was planned – we’re just not sure that the news of their early sale is still current at this point.
However, we will know more details about what we think is the roadster version of the Sian FKP 37 in a few days – whether the car is way ahead of its time or the other percent won’t be able to buy one.
Note that Lamborghini will launch the derivative of its first hybrid supercar on July 8, 2020, at 6 p.m. CEST (12:00 p.m. EDT). Watch this space for this.
