At the end of 2019, before facing the horror story known as 2020, Audi gave the RS5 Coupé and RS5 Sportback a facelift. But it was not just a trivial update. Of course, the changes weren’t far-reaching, and the same 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 remained, but the aesthetic and technological updates were enough to increase the appeal of the not-so-old model.
The RS5 Sportback was a pleasure to see in pictures, but this video presentation will make you fall in love with the car more. Much more when it comes to an RS5 Sportback in Sonoma green metallic and fitted with a set of 20-inch matt bronze wheels. Man, this car is beautiful, right?
This particular RS5 Sportback which Auditography got hold of is armed with a bundle of carbon fiber. Of course, beyond the paint job, the wheels and the appearance, other elements of style bring out the four-door fastback, day and night. Note, this Audi is fitted with laser headlights – in case you’re wondering what those blue highlights are.
One commendable thing is how Auditography was able to capture the advantages of this car in terms of design. The angles are in focus, the more the location and timing are in focus. Great job for these guys.
Besides the aesthetic appeal, Auditography also tested the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 in the RS5 Sportback. On paper, this plant produces a healthy 450 horsepower (336 kilowatts) and 443 foot-pounds (600 Newton meters) of twists.
If you think these numbers are just stains of paper, you are wrong. The RS5 Sportback also works well in real life. Just watch the video at the top of this page and admire this beastly beauty.
