Mazda Unveils All-New Mazda BT-50
Hiroshima, Japan – Mazda Motor Corporation today welcomed the world premiere of our all-new Mazda BT-50 pickup truck.* Completely redesigned for the first time in nine years, the all-new BT-50 is being supplied by Isuzu Motor Limited on an OEM basis, and the vehicle will go on sale under the Mazda brand from the Australian market in the second half of 2020.
Since its inception in 2006, the BT-50 has been sold primarily in regions such as Oceania, ASEAN, Central and South America, the Middle East and Africa. Its sporty and powerful design, its exceptional driving performance capable of handling all kinds of driving situations and its functionality have all been highly appreciated by drivers who actively drive vans.
The second completely redesigned model aims to bring pleasure and pleasure to customers. Based on Isuzu vans, special care has been taken in the design of the vehicle, its ease of use and the peace of mind of the occupants.
The all-new BT-50 design expresses the unique beauty of the Mazda Kodo – Soul of Motion design theme with power, robustness and utility functionality tailored to a pickup truck. Mazda developed the BT-50 with the intention of making the journey and the time spent inside the vehicle exceptionally enjoyable. The driving performance, functionality and safety of the vehicle meet the active needs of the wide range of situations in which customers can use vans.
Mazda aims to become a brand that can build strong relationships with customers by focusing on the pure essence of cars – the pleasure of driving – and by committing to preserving our beautiful land, enriching people’s lives and create a generous society that cheers everyone up.
