SEOUL, September 23, 2020 – Hyundai Motor Company today unveiled the sleek design of its highly anticipated 2021 Sonata N Line, promising an exhilarating experience in the hottest sedan on the road today.
The new Sonata N Line expands Hyundai’s midsize sedan lineup following the launch of the Sonata and Sonata Hybrid in 2019. The N Line provides an attractive entry point to the N brand and gives the new Sonata nameplate a high performance look, widening its appeal.
“The 2021 Sonata N Line will attract more customers to both the strong Sonata range and our increasingly popular N Line sub-brand. Sonata N Line will appeal to customers looking for sporty styling in a sedan package, ”said SangYup Lee, director of the Hyundai Global Design Center.
Based on Hyundai’s “Sensuous Sportiness” design identity, the exterior styling of the Sonata N Line appears bold and athletic. Sonata’s N Line design cues are evident everywhere, starting with the cascading grille, bold front fascia, three air intakes and the N Line logo.
The side skirts and 19-inch alloy wheels of the Sonata N Line offer an aggressive stance that suggests fun is just around the corner, in every corner. The dynamic side-to-side styling extends to the taut rear end where a sleek black lower bumper, two dual exhausts and an N Line rear diffuser amplify the sport sedan’s ready and determined attitude.
The interior design reinforces the dynamic feel of the exterior with a high-tech touch that makes the interior of the Sonata N Line just as dashing as the exterior. Dark chrome accents, iconic N Line red stitching on the steering wheel and sport seats complete the performance-inspired interior and exterior design.
