2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Price Can Hit Nearly $100K With Options

2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat reportedly starting at $ 80,995, says Insiders Mopar citing dealer sources. Showrooms will be able to place orders for the performance crossover in November, and the plant will begin production in January.

There will also be quite a few options to add, depending on Insiders Mopar. Upgrades will include things like a $ 2,495 premium interior package, $ 2,395 tech package, $ 1,495 black package, $ 1,195 tow package with brake control.

If customers want to polish the look of their Durango SRT Hellcat, the dual bands will cost $ 1,195 and the red seat belts $ 95. You will be able to take a Durango SRT Hellcat to nearly $ 100,000 by checking all of the option boxes.

Dodge only plans to build the Durango Hellcat for six months. There is no hard limit on the number under construction, and the only cap is customer demand during this time. Brand boss Tim Kuniskis recently estimated that the total production of the high-performance model would be less than 2,000.

Dodge cannot continue to produce the Durango Hellcat as there are new evaporative emissions requirements for the 2022 model year. According to Kuniskis, the engine does not meet these qualifications in this platform.

The 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 producing 710 horsepower (529 kilowatts) and 645 pound-feet (875 Newton-meters). It can reach 96 kilometers per hour (60 miles per hour) in 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 180 mph (290 km / h). The automaker reports that the high-performance machine can cover the quarter-mile in 11.5 seconds. Owners can even use this vehicle as a transporter, as it has a towing capacity of 8,700 pounds.
