Regardless of the finish, all the Durangos 2021 sport looks updated with a new front fairing that resumes its style of the loader. Thinner LED headlights and an updated grille are the obvious changes. Unlike other Durango models, the Hellcat lacks formal fog lights for additional cooling capabilities. The Hellcat, along with its less powerful Durango SRT 392 stable companion, also includes a two-piece chin divider and a new rear spoiler that provides 140 pounds of downforce at 180 mph. An opening in the lower front fairing, on the other hand, supplies air to the Hellcat’s intercooler.
To match the dual-use nature of the Durango SRT Hellcat, Dodge designed the suspension to offer more comfort in its Auto setting but better handling in Track mode. The upper supports of the rear shock absorber of the SUV are stiffer, while the control of the additional rebound reduces understeer.
Launch control and launch assistance help the supercharged Durango make the most of its powerful powertrain when launching while stationary. Dodge says the model reaches 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and crosses the quarter mile after 11.5 seconds.
Braking power is graciously provided by the Brembo six-piston, two-piece front and four-piston rear calipers that attach to 15.8-inch ventilated front rotors and 13.8-inch rear rotors . The SRT 392 and Hellcat Durangos come standard with 20-inch Pirelli Scorpion Zero all-season rubber, although equally large Pirelli P Zero three-season tires are available.

Inside, all Durangos benefit from a more driver-oriented dashboard.
