2021 Cadillac XT6 Adds Luxury Trim

Cadillac XT6 enters its second year of introducing a new luxury model that expands its reach to more customers and adds to the brand’s most solid line of crossovers and SUVs, including the newly redesigned Escalade 2021 .

The new luxury model allows the XT6 to cover 20% of the price range of the mid-size luxury SUV segment, where new customers generally enter the luxury crossover market. As with the Premium Luxury and Sport models, this new version offers customers a perfect blend of technology, design and performance, highlighted by a connected cabin, responsive handling and a full suite of driver awareness technologies1. The new luxury trim also includes a standard 2.0L turbocharged engine and an available all-wheel drive.

The Luxury model has bright exterior trim and aluminum interior decor, while Luxury Premium has bright exterior trim and exotic wood decor inside. The XT6 Sport is distinguished by black exterior accents and carbon fiber interior trim. It also has Sport Control AWD exclusively, with active management of continuous damping control and a faster steering ratio adjusted to support a more enthusiastic driving feeling.

The new additional features of the 2021 XT6 include:

Apple CarPlay2 and Android Auto3 wireless connectivity on all models
New 20 inch wheel design for Sport models (21 inch wheels are available)
Exterior colors available: dark blue metallic, softer shade and infrared.

2.0L engine developing 237 horsepower (177 kW) 4 and associated with a nine-speed automatic transmission

Building on the recent recognition of the XT6 2020 as a Top Safety Pick 2020 IIHS for vehicles built after October 2019, the new luxury version includes a number of active safety and standard driver assistance technologies1, including automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, tracking distance indicator, Lane Keep Assist with lane departure warning, HD reversing camera, IntelliBeam, front and rear parking assistance and innovative Safety Alert seat of Cadillac.

Additional safety and driver assistance technologies1 are available in the XT6 range, including HD Surround vision, automatic reverse braking, rear view mirror and night vision.

The 2021 Cadillac XT6 luxury trim starts at $ 48,9905 and will go on sale this fall.
