There is no doubt that Rolls-Royce is one of the automakers that offers the widest range of customization options to its customers. In fact, the British manufacturer takes this service to the next level by selling limited edition vehicles. As an example, RR has just presented another collection model from the Wraith family.
Joining the Adamas collection and the Luminary collection, the new Wraith Kryptos collection is inspired by the art of writing and solving codes. Specifically, the designers of the Goodwood-based automaker were inspired by the Kryptos sculpture by the Central Intelligence Agency in the United States and developed their own figure, “codifying a journey that only a few will master.”
The number is most visible on the dashboard where it covers most of the central sections and blends from the passenger side to the driver side. The hidden text is engraved on a dark brushed metal base and is best seen from the driver’s position.
Another equally impressive figure was integrated into the headliner thanks to a two-color arrangement of starlight. A dynamic lighting function circulates from the front to the rear of the headlining. A similar encryption theme can also be seen on the front headrests.
“The figures, hidden from view, contribute to the cryptographic journey through the car. The tailor-made collection captivates all spectators but more rewards those who try to take a closer look and master what remains invisible, ”explains the manufacturer.
Rolls-Royce briefly mentions that it will only produce 50 examples from the Wraith Kryptos collection without going into price details.
